Home Shop & Tours
Once you’re prequalified and have signed an agency agreement, we’ll start the hunt. I’ll set up searches that meet your specific criteria, making our home search more efficient. No more endlessly scrolling sites. Touring homes together allows valuable feedback to make adjustments to your needs. It’s a process so let’s do it together.

We’ve found “The One,” what’s next? Once under contract, I’ll navigate the paperwork, vendors, inspections, repair negotiations, communications, and attorney needs. My job is to ensure you get to the closing table as seamlessly as possible. I’ll keep you informed each step of the way.
